Topic A: Related On-Campus Committees, Departments and Offices

Objective:

In this module, you will learn who on campus is most important to the Distance Education Coordinator, and how to develop relationships in carrying out the functions of the Distance Education program.

Introduction:

It is important for the coordinator of the Distance Education program to communicate and work with all appropriate college offices in carrying out the functions of the program. This may include most of the campus. Distance Education students are entitled to all the services and opportunities available to on-campus students. The coordinator must also interface with all outside agencies, public or private in the field of distance learning.
